Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order with GilletteDepot, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If we need additional information to fulfill your order, we will contact you.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you realize you entered the wrong address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@gillettedepot.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.


5. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak holiday seasons

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.


6. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Orders may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures

  • Delivery may be extended depending on your local customs office

  • You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country

We are unable to predict or control these additional charges, and they are not included in your order total.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members or neighbors. For packages marked as delivered but confirmed lost, contact us at support@gillettedepot.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
